Backup and transfer on a fair sliding scale, drive cloning, and data recovery with an honest assessment first: logical recoveries in-house, physical damage escalated to specialist lab partners.
Managed services
Remote monitoring and management (RMM) with managed antivirus on every device, patching, and proactive alerts — before problems become downtime.
Consulting
Independent advice on purchases, migrations, security and insurance assessments. Formal incident and insurance reports available.
Vendor liaison
We deal with your software vendors and licence renewals so you don't have to sit on hold. One monthly fee per package, zero admin for you.
AI-assisted website development
Modern, fast business websites designed, written and built with AI-accelerated tooling — content, SEO and a self-updating price list included. This very site was built that way. Quoted per project.

* Included call-outs carry a 2-hour minimum stay and are typically scheduled during regional rotation weeks. Bundle hours are non-cumulative and do not roll over. MSP services bill in advance on the 15th of each month.
Managed Endpoint — R 99 per device/month
Professional RMM agent plus managed antivirus on every workstation and server — and 30 minutes of remote support included every month, used in fair 15-minute sessions. The cheapest insurance your business can buy.
Software Liaison — R 20 per package/month
We manage renewals, licences and support tickets with your third-party software vendors on your behalf.
Once-off work
Rate card
Prices in South African Rand, updated 2026. Travel for on-site work is billed separately (see Terms of Service). Prices are maintained in one central file and reflect our current Zoho Books rate card.
Lost data? Switch the machine off and stop using the drive — every minute of use lowers the odds of recovery. We assess first and quote before any recovery work begins. Physically damaged drives are referred to specialist clean-room partners with your approval.
Call-out travel: (round-trip kilometres × current AA rate) + half of one standard hour. On-site visits carry a 2-hour minimum.
